Handsink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water Sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine in spray bottles General sanitation was satisfactory no evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection glasswasher measured 12.5 ppm iodine at the glass surface ice machine maintained in a sanitary manner however found to be pooling water. Have the machine serviced and ensure that it is maintained in good working order Amendment: call to operator placed after inspection to discard all ice in the ice machine and to not use the machine until it has been serviced.
