- Hand sink is fully equipped -200ppm Quats sanitizer is available for use in a spray bottle - Baked goods prepared in main kitchen + then brought out to kiosk - Fridge temperature is 4 Degrees C. All foods are brought back into the kitchen once Kiosk closes ( ~2:30pm M-F). - There's no food preparation occurring on-site, except for automated coffee/tea
