Observation: Debris or food remants build-up observed in the following areas: storage area walkin cooler compressor fan covers, floor / corners around walk-in freezer compressor, interior of ice machine, on floor under wheeled carts adjacent to safe, on floor next to mcafe station and under main prep line counter.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.
