Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Prep line cooler measured between 9-11C at time of inspection. Raw eggs were probed internally at 10C.
Corrective Action: Raw eggs were discarded at time of inspection. Sauces and raw vegetables were moved to another cooler at time of inspection that was monitoring 4C or below.
Do not use cooler until it can be repaired and maintain temperatures of 4C or below.
Potentially hazardous food items must be stored at 4C or below to prevent pathogen growth and toxin production.
Ensure monitoring of coolers is occuring throughout the day.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat sanitizer was being stored in unlabelled water bottle at time of inspection. Operator noted that previous bottle broke the day before.
Corrective Action: Bottle was labelled at time of inspection
Ensure all chemicals are properly labelled at all times to prevent contamination of food items.

Walk-in freezer and stand-up freezer measured at -18C
Burgers are internally probed to 74C when cooking
No signs of pests at time of inspection
Sanitation is good and food items are all stored 6" off the ground
