Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): observation : One of the sanitizing bucket had no bleach
concentration detected
Rationale : Lack of sanitizing chemicals will allow germs and
potential foodborne pathogens to survive on food contact
surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Corrective action : Replace the bleach sanitizing solution
in the sanitizing bucket with a new solution. The solution
must achieve 100ppm to 200ppm.

Observation: observation: 1 dead cockroach and few nymphs were
caught on the sticky trap in the corner by the hot water
dispenser. 1 live nymph was crawling below the ice
machine.
Rationale : Presence of pests indicate unsanitary conditions
of the premise and the pet can contaminate foods.

Corrective Action(s): Corrective Action : Replace the sticky trap that caught
the cockroach and nymphs with a new trap.
Place a news sticky trap below the ice machine.
Continue to monitor pest activity and deep clean those
areas at the end of the operation every night.

single-use napkins
-> undercounter freezer in front of the stove is measured
at -10°C ~ -11°C. Chest freezer in the storage area
by the kitchen achieving -16°C
-> Upright cooler measured at 4°C
-> Hot holding broth achieving 60°C
-> Rice cooker measured at 66°C
-> Inside the ice machine was clean and free of molds. Scoops
were stored in the separate container
-> Food Safe Level 1 or equivalent certified staff on
duty at the time of the inspection
