Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Inadequate concentration of sanitizer in the spray bottles. Content of the bottles were replaced with a new batch.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the sanitizer dispenser is used correctly (first draw may be weak because of air in the hose). Check with test strips (200ppm).

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Foodhandler did not wash hands properly after handling raw hamburger and before preparing a sandwich.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure foodhandlers are washing hands with soap for 20 seconds minimum and drying hands with paper towel before touching ready to eat foods.
