Comments

- All hand washing stations were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in sanitizer buckets and at three-compartment sink. Buckets were properly time-stamped.
**Ensure ice water for holding in-use utensils are also being time stamped.
- High-temperature dishwasher achieved 71C at the dish surface during final rinse cycle.
- All coolers were measured at 4C or colder.
- Freezers were measured at -18C or colder
- Hot-held items were measured at 60C or hotter
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- Dry storage area organized, all food stored off the floor.
- Ice machines maintained in sanitary conditions.
- Coffee/beverage dispensing machines maintained in sanitary conditions.
