Follow-up inspection conducted: - CODE 205 and 302 in compliance at this time. - CODE 308 corrected. Sandwich cooler repaired and now operating at the required temperature. - Invoice provided. Inserts replaced to deeper models and shelf stable condiments (i.e. pickles) to be kept in walk-in cooler prior to storing in inserts to avoid temperature fluctuation. Spoke with owner on site. Sandwich cooler may be replaced to a newer model within the next year. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
