Generally well maintained and operated. Sanitation is good. Refrigeration measures < 4 C. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C. Hot-holding measures > 60 C.
Spray sanitizer measures 300 ppm Q. Dishwasher final rinse residual measures 50+ ppm Cl.

Outstanding issue: As noted in previous inspection reports, the counter next to the dough mixer is cracked needs replacing.
There is unfinished wood behind the hand sink in the staff washroom must be painted or otherwise sealed to be impervious to moisture and easy to clean.
