-Hot holding unit operating >60'C at this time.
-CODE 301 in compliance. Drink dispensing guns cleaned after the routine. Ensure to clean/sanitize the guns on a regular basis.
-CODE 204 in compliance. Soups been reheated on a stove before being transferred to the hot holding unit.
