All coolers measured less than 4C Handsink supplied with soap and paper towels 200ppm bleach available in bucket for sanitizing cloths, and also in spray bottle for counters and tables All sandwiches, baked items are brought in from outside suppliers Sandwiches are dated for stock rotation General sanitation is very good Did not observe any sign of pests **Please empty ice machine, clean and sanitize interior to remove mildew
