Comments

- Walk-in freezer has been repaired and is operating at acceptable temperature (-18C). Copy of work order for repair completed was submitted by Manager. Work Order indicates unit was running low on refrigerant and one evap motor which was not working was replaced and system recharged.
- Temperature of 2 door cooler checked and was at 2C
- Correction Order issued 24-Feb-2022 rescinded as items has been repaired.

- Continue to monitor and accurately record cooler and freezer temperatures according to food safety procedures. If temperature is not at required level, take corrective action.
Note: Manager reported battery was replaced in external gauge for walk-in cooler; however, gauge is still not working. Manager to contact Technician to verify if gauge requires replacement or to assist with battery replacement. Functioning thermometer is now present within the unit for temperature monitoring.

- Foodsafe requirements met at time of inspection. Manager present and one additional staff member has completed Foodsafe level 1 since previous follow up inspection. Confirmation of completion was shown to EHO at time of inspection. 2 additional staff members are registered for courses in March. Keep a copy of Foodsafe certificates on-site.
