Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoop was observed to be kept inside the ice machine. Operator relocated the ice scoop at the time of inspection.

Observation: A gap was obserbed at the bottom of the back door.

Observation: Large amounts of food debrise, grease build up, and dust observed on fish fryer, behind fish fryer, under gas ranger, side of under counter cooler, knife rack, and on the floor of walk in freezer. This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the above mentioned areas. Ensure premise is maintained in a sanitary manner.
