Inspection Observations - Premises is in sanitary condition - Surfaces and equipment are in good repair - Coolers and freezers were operating at required temperatures and equipped with thermometers - Counter top display cooler 1C - 2 door reach in cooler 3C - Undercounter cooler 2C - Glass door beverage cooler 4C - Danby chest freezer -18C - White westinghouse -19C - Hot + cold running water supplied to 3 compartment sink + handsinks - Liquid soap + paper towel present at handsinks - 3 compartment sink equipped with plugs to fill sinks for dishwashing/sanitizing - Bleach present for sanitizing step of manual dishwashing and for sanitizing food contact surfaces - Chlorine test strips present for checking sanitizer concentration. - pH test strips present - Food service establishment may open once health permit fee has been paid.
