Ice buildups noted on the floor of the walk-in freezer Corrective Action(s): Clean up the pooling of grey water immediately. Do not run the dishwasher until the unit is fully repaired. Remove ice build ups in the walk-in freezer by tonight. Violation Score: 9 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Observed water leakage from the dishwasher. Corrective Action(s): Do not use the dishwasher until fully repaired. Switch to manual warewashing meanwhile. Contact a technician immediately and provide timeline for repairation to the Health Officer. Violation Score: 15 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: Noted a floor tile sheet got peeled off under the dishwasher by the entrance door to the kitchen from the dining area.
