Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 100ppm chlorine. 2-compartment sink available. Chlorine sanitizer bucket for the kitchen measured at 200ppm. QUATs spray bottle for the FOH measured at 200ppm. Prep cooler and stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers and chest freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Exhaust hood vent observed to be in sanitary condition. Pest Control Company, Kwality Pest Control Ltd. contracted monthly. All violations in report#JCHY-CHJQQV have been corrected. -Underneath cookline, preparation coolers, stainless steel tables observed to be satisfactory. -FOODSAFE LEvel 1 staff available on-site. Overall sanitation satisfactory.
