-Follow-up inspection to May 22, 2019.
-Upright cooler in the customer area has been serviced and refrigeration gas has been added. Foods were probed at 4C in the cooler (cooler is still set on maximum cooling). Continue to monitor thermometer in the cooler unit and service cooler as needed.
-Chicken and beef cooked yesterday was probed at 4C. Cooked foods are first cooled in the chest freezer, followed by cooling in the cooler unit.
