Food temperatures in the "smoothie station" measure 15+oC. Refrigerated food must be maintained below 4oC. This is an outstanding issue from the inspection report of June 7th. Repair the refrigeration unit so that food temperatures can be maintained below 4oC. Do not store potentiallyl hazardous foods in this cooler until the food can be maintained below 4oC. Re-inspection on Monday, September 16th.
