Comments

All refrigeration units (eg. walk fridge, display fridges etc) temperatures are less than 4C
All freezer's (2 of them) temperatures are less than -18C
Hot holding (eg soup) temperature is greater than 60C
Sanitize solution (chlorine) is available in buckets (with wiping cloths). concentration is at 100 ppm - good.
Handsink is fully stocked with paper towels, soap and warm water.
Washroom maintained in a sanitary condition
Chemicals stored under sink and away from food
Food stored in containers with lids/saran wrap.
Continue to cover foods with lids to prevent any cross contamination. As well, continue to ensure that food is kept off the ground.
Gloves used by staff when preparing foods.
No signs of pests/rodents at the time of inspection.
Overall sanitation of premises is ok
Meat slicer is cleaned and sanitizer after each use.
