- All coolers are ≤ 4°C, all freezers are ≤ -18°
- High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached ≥ 71°C at the plate level.
- Sink and Surface sanitizer is available. 272-700 ppm DDBSA and 704-1875 ppm lactic acid detected.
- Dry storage areas are maintained
