Dishwasher has been repaired - squeeze tube replaced. Measured 50ppm residual chlorine sanitizer **Please write down the actual concentration measured. Logs updated to include 2x daily checks. Excellent 10C cooler only being used as dry storage - good Prep cooler repaired and in use - 3C **Please don't double stack inserts as the air gap between containers makes it less effective at keeping product cold. Attic access above walk in cooler has been tightened to block rodent access Hole in wall around dishwasher/ sink piping has been filled **Due to material you've filled with, regular inspection must be done to ensure rats haven't gone through, and that moisture damage hasn't ruined the barrier.
