- Routine inspection is conducted and following are the observations:
- Handsinks in front area, back kitchen area and washrooms are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Walk-in cooler is measured at less than 4C
- All freezers - walk-in freezer, line freezer for for fries, burger freezer, freezer at front are all measured at less than -18C
- Accurate thermometers are available in coolers and freezers.
- Hot holding units for burgers and for chicken strips are measured at greater than 60C
- Reviewed the cooking and reheating procedure for burger patties
- Sliced, tomatoes, onions and sauces are stored at ambient temperature and are time tracked
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 74C during final rinse cycle at dish surface
- Quats sanitizer solution is available in labelled buckets and concentration is measured at 200ppm quats
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection, pest control company reports are available on site
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- FOODSAFE level 1 is verified, expiry date is 22 Aug 2025
- General sanitation is satisfactory
