Observation: Gaps observed along seal of back entry/receiving door. Flies were also observed in the food prep area during the time of the inspection.

Hand sinks were equipped with liquid soap and paper towel
Cold holding units were 4 C / 40 F or colder
Walk in freezer was -18 C or colder
Hot holding units were 60 C / 140 F or hotter
Monitoring records (temperature and sanitation) were available and up to date
All food items were covered in storage areas once off the floor.
Employees were weaving proper attire and hair control (hair nets)
Overall maintained in a sanitary condition. Operator to ensure all areas regularly cleaned and sanitized to maintain sanitary condition.
Ensure all gaps along the back receiving door are sealed/repaired to prevent the potential entry of pests.
Also, update pest control to reduce harboring of flies, as flies have the potential to contaminate food items.
