Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B74V9K.

- High temperature dishwasher measured 73 degrees C at the utensil surface (minimum required: 71 degrees C at utensil surface)
- Potentially hazardous foods stored properly at time of inspection. Raw shell eggs are not stored above any ready-to-eat items (e.g. sashimi). Cooked chicken was measured at an internal temperature of 4 degrees C.
- Cleaned and sanitized dishes were not observed to be stored on the garbage container.
- Plastic container was not observed to be stored within dry storage bin noted on previous report
- Ventilation canopy edges and door seals have been cleaned
- Non-compatible items were not observed to be stored near food items. WD-40 stored in a separate area away from food.
Outstanding items:
1. Remainder of ventilation hood canopy (including baffles) requires cleaning
2. Ensure health operating permit is posted in view of the public
