-Follow-up inspection to March 10, 2022.
-Cooked chicken is cooled in single layers on a large cooking sheet. Chicken was made less than an hour ago and was at 26C. Chicken made the previous night was placed in the new upright cooler. Chicken was at 4C.
-New double door cooler unit was at 4C.
-Vegetable slicers were found to be clean and sanitary. Slicer is properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-Did not observe raw meats stored directly on top of ready-to-eat foods at the time of inspection. Foods which were double stacked had a physical barrier between the containers.
-Scoops were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
