Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): During time of inspection, liquid soap dispenser was not dispensing any soap

* No hot holding during time of inspection
- Low temperature dishwasher available, adequate concentration of chlorine sanitizer residual available at final rinse
Note: Ensure to obtain sanitizer test strips to test sanitizer concentrations
- APNA (PCO) services facility on monthly contract, recent inspection reports obtained, no indication of pests, follow recommendations from PCO
- General sanitation of facility - OK but need to focus on hard to reach areas
