Follow up inspection: -Rodent droppings were removed from the previously affected affected areas. -Pest control reports from Abell for service dates January 18, 2022 and February 11, 2022 were available on-site. As per the most recent pest control report, seclira cockroach gel bait had been applied in a non food production area on February 11, 2022. -Manager informed that they are planning to have pest control company Abell provide pest control visits twice per month. -Cardboard box had been removed from the area between the microwaves. -Manager stated they had cleaned the door seals of two under-the-counter/prep. coolers across from the cook line and she showed these door seals were in a clean condition during the inspection. -100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside labelled sanitizer pails. -Ventilation hood appeared to be in a clean condition. -Continue to monitor for signs of recent pest activity with regular daily checks and continue with your integrated pest control measures.
