Corrective Action(s): Continue to work with pest control technician to eliminate issue. Discussed with operator. Recommend asking contractor regarding products to assist with the reduction in this pest issue including floor degreasing products and similar that can address food sources of drain flies. Comments

Noticed some off gassing in dish pit and staff room storage areas. Grease trap due for servicing. Recommend improving air movement in this part of the building to reduce localized smells and improve air quality for staff. Ensure sani-buckets always available for spot surface sanitizing. Temperature controls good (cooling <4 C/Hot holding >60 C). Dishwasher at 50 ppm chlorine. Good.
