Pull all items out of bottom shelves and inspect for holes. Sanitize
Ensure staff are adequately cleaning floors each night. Any rodent droppings found on lower shelves, in amongst dishware or food items will result in the immediate closure of the restaurant. Explain to staff the severity of the situation. Proper cleaning must occur nightly to prevent against the infestation.
