Observation: Dough mixer found with dried on food debris, and rodent droppings
Correction: 1) Always wash, rinse, and sanitize your food equipment after use, and always before leaving for the day
2) See violation regarding pest control.

Observation: No hot (or even warm) water at time of inspection
Correction: Plumber called at time of inspection. Will be arriving this evening.
You may not operate a restaurant with no hot running water.

Follow-up inspection conducted. The following was noted during the inspection:
Hot water has been restored to the facility. Hand sinks and 3-compartment sinks both stocked with hot water. Hand sinks in both restroom and in kitchen area stocked with paper towels and liquid soap
Rodent droppings identified in previous routine inspection have been cleaned
Professional pest control company needs to resume services in this facility. Email invoice and report from professional pest control company to the Environmental Health Officer by December 16, 2019

As mentioned in the previous routine inspection, you will be expected to remove the two non-functional freezer units.

Closure order has been rescinded.
