Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing sink located next to walk-in cooler did not have any cold water. Water was too hot to be able to wash hands at this sink.
Corrective Action(s): Contact a plumber for servicing of this hand washing sink. All sinks must be supplied with hot AND cold running water.
Hand sink in the front available for hand washing in the meantime.
Please also equip the small sink (located next to the dishwasher) with liquid soap and paper towel dispensers for handwashing.

- Routine inspection conducted.
- Hand sink at front was properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Other sinks had hot and cold running water.
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in sanitizing pails and from dispenser.
- Triple-sink for manual warewashing maintained in sanitary conditions.
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 72C at the dish surface during final rinse cycle. Good - minimum of 71C at the dish surface is required.
- Coolers measured 4C or less.
- Freezer temperatures satisfactory.
- Hot-holding of food items maintained at 60C or hotter.
- Toppings, condiments, and raw eggs held at ambient room temperature were properly time-tracked.
- Temperature logs maintained. Accurate thermometers available.
- Food storage practices satisfactory.
- Dry storage area satisfactory.
- Equipment maintained in sanitary conditions. General sanitation satisfactory.
- Staff onsite had valid FoodSafe certification (or equivalent)
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
