Inspection report: F 00242127
Met with owner and discussed the following:
- daily temperature logs are in place and up to date
- low glass dishwasher - new replaced couple months ago, supplied with bleach at 50ppm, test strips available for daily monitoring of chlorine residual
- main low temp. dishwasher - supplier 50ppm
- cleaning schedules available ( every Thursday's cleaning the main walk in cooler, removing shelving in the cooking area, and other food counters that are easy to move )
- Main cook - holds a FOODSAFE certificate
-Quat used as approved sanitizer - at the front , customer's area and for wiping clothes
- dry storage area - in the basement, well organized
- pest control " Orkin" - monthly inspection

NOTE: Wednesdays' morning are the slower days so best time to conduct the full inspection
