2. Ice machine opening and inside has build-up,
3. Ceiling tiles above food preparation areas dust present,
4. Ice scoop and ice bucket (removed and placed in dishwashing area by operator during inspection),
5. Used gloves and newspaper.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the food premises is cleaned and maintained in a sanitary condition.
