Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. No food contact sanitizer available at the beginning of the inspection.
2. Low temperature dishwasher not sanitizing even after 4 cycles.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle was mixed to 200ppm
2. Temporary sanitizer tub was set up to sanitize dishes after washing from dishwasher.

Corrective Action(s): Please ensure ALL handwashing station are always equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

Observation: 1. Observed food stored directly on the ground not in pest proof containers throughout the facility
2. Scoops observed handleless and stored in the container of food.
3. Scoop for ice machine kept inside, handle touching the ice. (CORRECT DURING INSPECTION)
Corrective Action(s): 1. Do not store food directly on the ground unless it is in a pest proof container.
2. Do not use scoops that do not have handles. Scoop handles cannot touch the food when stored in the container.
3. Scoop for ice machine should be kept out of the ice.

Observation: 1. Grease and grime observed throughout the facility especially on high touch surfaces.
2. Ventilation hood observed to be dusty and greasy. Some grills on the vent hood not in place at time of inspection. Grease can be observed inside.
3. Walk in cooler fan grill observed to be dusty.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Please deep clean and organize the facility.
2. All vent hood grills should be in place to ensure grease do not accumulate inside the hood.
3. Please clean the fan grills.

>>>Whole uncut vegetables, breads, drinks can be kept on the side where the new fan has been installed but not operational
- Handwashing faucet in bar area, one side does not have good water pressure. Please service it.
- Faucet by the two compartment sink leaks when turned on. Please service.
- Chest freezer observed to have build up of ice. Please preform defrost cycle.
