Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Knife holder units of stainless steel counter units are soiled. Stored knives had some food residues observed.
Correction: Ensure all food equipments and utensils are properly cleaned/sanitized. Knife holder units are screwed onto counter. If thorough cleaning of the built-in knife holder is not practical, buy a separate compartment or equipment to store knives in sanitary manner.

All non-compliance items from previous inspection report are corrected.

Upon arrival of EHO, operator reported that hot water tank is not operational. Facility was closed for past two days as a result. Closure order was issued due to lack of hot water for operation. Operator to contact EHO once the hot water tank is repaired/replaced. Premises to remain closed until satisfactory follow-up inspection is conducted.
