Comments

Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Walk-in-cooler and refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C.
Walk-in-freezer and other freezer temperatures were satisfactory.
Hot-held food was at or above 60 degrees C.
Time stamps and monitoring was in place for the ingredients (e.g. bacon, cheese, pickles, etc.) held at ambient temperature for either 2 hours or 4 hours maximum after removal from temperature controls.
Dishwasher final rinse chlorine sanitizer residual was at 100 ppm at the plate level (minimal: 50 ppm chlorine concentration required).
3-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside several containers with wiping cloths.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available inside a spray bottle and from the dispenser at the 3-compartment sink.
Peroxide multi surface disinfectant and cleaner was at 3500 ppm.
Chlorine, QUATS, and peroxide multi surface disinfectant cleaner test strips were available on-site. Note: **Manager is aware to order new test strips for the peroxide multi surface disinfectant cleaner as current test strips expired in March 2021.
Ice machines and bins were in a clean condition at the time of inspection. Manager stated the lid and exterior surfaces are cleaned and sanitized with wiping cloths on a daily basis. Manager stated that the interior of the ice machines/bins are drained to remove the ice and then thoroughly cleaned and sanitized on a weekly basis.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection. Pest control program was in place on a monthly basis.
All shift supervisors and managers hold valid FOODSAFE level 1 training as per the Manager. Copies of multiple valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificates were available on-site for shift supervisors and managers.
Toilet paper dispenser was replaced in a stall of the ladies customer washroom. Liquid soap dispenser was wall-mounted and accessible from the ladies customer washroom.
