Observation: Uncovered containers with food in the walk-in, prep., glass-doors, and small domestic coolers.
Tomato sauce stored in the open tin container in the glass-door cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Cover all food with plastic wrap or proper lids.
Food from tin containers has to be transferred in a food grade container with lid (for storage).

General sanitation - satisfactory.
All hand washing sinks are stocked with liquid soap and paper towel; hot & cold running water - available.
Staff washroom - clean; properly stocked; hot & cold running water - available.
Surface sanitizer/Bleach - available at 100 ppm.
Walk-in cooler at 3.2 C.
Glass doors cooler at 4.0 C.
Small domestic under-counter cooler at 2.1 C.
Food storage - satisfactory (however, needs improvement see violation sections).
Ice-machine - clean; a scoop is stored safely at the time of inspection.
Note: Beverage cooler/bar at 10 C (no perishable food in the cooler only alcohol beverages).
Freezers at - 18.0 C.
Fan hood - clean.
Low temperature dishwasher at 50 ppm.

Recommendation:
- Replace thermometer in the bar beverage cooler ( bracken).
- Two damaged bags with dry goods have to be transferred in the pest proof containers with lids; and cleaning around that storage area has to be done (all debris must be removed).
- All plastic containers with dry goods have to be closed by lids (during a night time).
- A hole in a wall (under the wall mounted shelf that located near the heating tank)/ seal it.
- Keep the back door closed as well as the mesh door. Observed a gap under the back door/seal the gap on the bottom of back door.
