- Dishwasher has been repaired. 50 ppm chlorine detected.
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer available in all sanitizer buckets

Note:
- Test the dishwasher with test strips at least twice per day to ensure the chlorine at 50-100 ppm. Record the result in a dishwasher log and keep them on site for review.
