Follow-up inspection conducted:

-Areas mentioned during the routine inspection cleaned. Electrical cords/wall by the dough mixer covered with aluminum plate- which is to be changed on a regular basis. OK. Picture taken.
NOTE: Left side of grill requires better cleaning. Chef had advised the area is to be cleaned again on Friday.
-200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle for the back prep area, in addition to the bucket for the kitchen. Good.
-Chest freezer was defrosted and operating under -18'C at this time. Good.
-4 blocks of paneer stored in ice water at this time. Good.
NOTE: Continue to store in ice water. Keep 4 blocks at max.
