The facility is closed at the time of inspection, due to the family vacation. re-opening on July 25th, 2019. Then follow up inspection will be conducted after July 25th for Food Safe level 1 re-certification. However, I went on the back door, and found the recycling ( empty plastic bottles, cardboard ), left beside the back door. Please discard or dispose all recycling staff before you close facility for holiday vacations. Food facility should be clean without any garbage accumulation that can attract the pest around your food facility.
