Follow-up to code 301: Corrected-Ice machine appeared clean. Operator/Store manager indicated that the ice was removed and machine was cleaned and sanitized. Follow-up to code 306: not corrected The following areas appeared uncleaned. Food debris (and cluttering items) and grease found. 1) underneath shelvings of dry food area 2) all cooler gaskets, cooler handles/doors, inside cabinets at take out window, inside all coolers (bottom) 3) under nugget hold-holding equipment (pieces of nuggets found) 4) cooler unit not in use had build-up of food debris 5) floors behind the equipment at take out window area (in corner) 6) storage area for hot-holding trays greasy 7) upstairs dry storage area-underneath shelving unit requires deep cleaning (food debris/cluttering items found underneath) ALONG WITH CLEANING PLEASE ENSURE THAT CLEANING PROCEDURES ARE FOLLOWED ACCORDING TO YOUR SANITATION PLAN.
