Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # MLUO-BHNVA6 of Nov-06-2019 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: No liquid soap at the hand sink (cooking area). Correction: Provide constant supply of liquid soap and paper towels in the hand sink at all times.

Comments

All food items in the walk-in cooler and prep line coolers were covered. Sanitizer bleach available at 100 ppm. No dishes in the 3 comp sink - sinks were cleaned. General sanitation was satisfactory. Light still to be installed outside of the staff washroom. By next summer: **Dishwasher and back hand sink to be installed.
