Observation: Gap was observed between the front entrance doors.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure there is no gap between the doors to prevent pests (mice, rats, cockroaches, and/or flies) from entering the food premises. Correct within 1 month and contact the district Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health for a follow up inspection.

Comments

Handsinks were adequately supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the buckets with wiping cloths and a spray bottle.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at least 71 degrees C at the plate (actually measured at 75.4 degrees C at the plate).
Dishwasher temperature gauges were in good working order and final rinse temperature was at least 82 degrees C / 180 degrees F for at least 10 seconds during the final rinse cycle.
Walk-in-cooler and other coolers were at or below 4 degrees C / 40 degrees F.
Walk-in-freezer temperature was satisfactory.
Hot-held food was at or above 60 degrees C / 140 degrees F.
Ice machine and ice box were in a clean condition and scoops were stored separately.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
