Corrective Action(s): Ensure 100-200 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution is available for sanitizing work surfaces in back kitchen. Operator has not replenished bucket since last night.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Melted bar of soap available for handwashing at back kitchen station.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure liquid soap (in dispenser), hot & cold water, paper towel are supplied at handsink. Liquid hand soap moved from prep sink temporarily until dispenser and more liquid soap is purchased.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food is protected from contamination. Install sneeze guard around top of display cooler if food will be displayed to public in current location. Discussed with operator specifications for sneeze guard (about 12 inch tall barrier). Until guard is installed food must be protected: 1.move to protected location 2. cover food (wrap or display case) 3. remove from current location
