Observation: 1) There is still a sizeable gap at the bottom of the gate at the receiving area.
2) All splash boards are of exposed wood material.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Install rubber seal at the bottom of the gate.
2) Replace the exposed wooden panel with metal splash board that is smooth, non-absorbent, and easy to clean. Exposed wooden panels as back splash board is unacceptable.
