Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
Observation: Various breaded deep fried meats (chicken, pork,,,etc) were stored at room temperature. Internal temperature was 69F/21C. Time of inspection was 2pm and much remained on the counter.
Correction: Do not leave breaded meats out at room temperature. Store in the fridge. During lunch and dinner rush, a small quantity that must be used up within 1-2hrs may be left out.
Comments

Further follow up to foodborne illness investigation regarding the take out meal eaten on Sat Mar 30, 19. Preparation of chicken chow mein was reviewed. Precooked sliced chicken are stored in the fridge. Near lunch and dinner period, it is stored in the above counter refrigerated prep table.

Take out a smaller amount (half of the current amount).
