- Hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius. Defrost the freezers.
- fridge ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius
- Soup will be defrosted in the fridge prior to reheating to 74 degree Celsius and hot holding above 60 degree Celsius
