Observation: Ice machine has visible debris/mildew build-up near condenser.
Corrective Action: Ice machine must be washed and sanitized to prevent contamination of ice, which is a food item. Monitor ice machine regularly to maintain sanitary conditions

Observation: (1) Rodent droppings observed on lower shelves throughout facility. Traps are in place, pest control visits once a month.
(2) Two dead cockroaches observed underneath soft serve ice cream machine.
(3) Fruit flies observed throughout facility
Corrective Action: (1) Remove all items from the lower shelves, wash and sanitize all surfaces with bleach sanitizer.
(2) Contact pest control and ensure monitoring is occuring
(3) Seal any cracks / crevices, remove any stagnant water, and fix any leaking taps.

(2) Clean/wash and sanitize all ice cream topping bins
(3) Clean underneath all equipment, coolers, ice cream machine
(4) Remove dust debris from air vents
