*Follow-up inspection for issues listed in last report. *Broken hot water tap at front hand wash sink has been fixed. *Cleaning has been performed on area behind glass washer and in ice machine. Ensure ice machine is maintained according to manufacturer's directions. *Note: rear kitchen hand sink still leaks while switched on. Repair leak by next week (11th November 2016). *Note: one quat sanitizer bottle label had again faded to the point where it was no longer legible (remainder of bottle labels OK). Ensure bottle is re-labeled by the end of today. Manager states labels are on order from supplier.
