Handwashing stations / washroom facilities had hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
Hot holding for patties, gravy and all other hold units measured at 60C or above
All coolers measured at 4C or below. Freezers measured -18C
Thermometers avaialbe - Temperature logs maintained daily
Raw eggs and meat stored on lowest shelves. All food and equipment stored off the ground 6"
Quat sanitizer in labelled buckets measured at 200ppm
3 compartment sink set up by staff at time of inspection for wash/rinse/sanitize
Sanitation of facility is good.
No signs of pests at time of inspection -> Professional pest control visits regularly
High Temperature dishwasher measured at 73C at time of inspection - test strips available
Food Permit is posted and Food safety training is valid
